- The parents of Nancy Benoit has lost a lawsuit which they filed against Hustler magazine for publishing nude pictures of her daughter from the early 80s after she was strangled by her husband and former World champion Chris Benoit. Judge Thomas Thrash ruled that the photographer - Mark Samansky - didn't violate the privacy of Benoit and dismissed the lawsuit. The Judge cited freedom of the press and called Benoit's death "a legitimate matter of public interest and concern," according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution newspaper. "The fact that the Court personally views publication of the photographs to be offensive and distasteful is not determinative," he added. The newspaper also says that the family are still considering to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment.
