- The attorney for Nick Bollea tried his best shot to get the 17 year old boy out of jail by filing a motion asking for a different sentence and go for house arrest. Nick has been isolated from the rest of the group after he received treats and since he's not eighteen years of age yet he cannot mingle with the adult prisoners. Nick turns 18 at the end of July and the attorney asked that Nick would be moved to house arrest until he turns 18. After that he would join other cell mates, something he hasn't been able to do since he's the only convicted minor locked up in the facility. He would've probably had a shot at this if he and his family didn't talk smack about John Graziano and his family during their phone conversations after the show they put up during the hearing. The Judge didn't buy the story and totally shot down the appeal which means there's no way out (hehe) for Nick until his whole eight months are over.
