Judge rules in favor of Hogan in condo deal

- Circuit Judge George W. Greer ruled today that Hogan will not be forced to buy the condo, giving him a win over Linda. "We're grateful for today," Hogan said of the ruling. "It was the right thing to do. We don't understand why this Vegas thing is so important to their side." According to the Tampa Tribune, Linda declined to comment.
