- The family of John Graziano - Nick Bollea's friend who was injured during the August car crash - has filed a lawsuit against Hulk Hogan, his wife Linda and Nick as well as their friend Daniel Jacobs, who was driving a second car believed to be racing with Nick. The Tampa Tribune says that the lawsuit seeks millions in damages but the exact amount is not known because it remains unclear how expensive Graziano's care will be. The family's attorney said the former Marine's medical bills already exceed $1 million. Graziano is currently in a semi-conscious state and is expected to remain bed-ridden for the rest of his life.
