- With the Las Vegas condo deal now closed, the divorce case between the Hogans is moving forward and is set to go on well into next year and one attorney said that it could also go into the year 2010. The Tampa Tribune newspaper revealed that until the divorce is finalized, the Hulkster will be giving his wife $40,000 monthly on the first of each month for the next year. The duo agreed to file joint federal tax returns for 2007 and this year and if they owe any money to the IRS, the former WWE and WCW champion will have to cough up the money. Regarding Hulk's frozen assets, he will be allowed to withdraw the sum of $900,000 to pay bills which include legal fees, insurance and property taxes. Linda will be living in their $7.2 million home in Belleair while Hogan will crash at the $2 million Clearwater house. In another agreement, Hulk will be paying all household expenses including utilities and phone and cover all reasonable repairs to Linda's home in addition to pay the salaries of two workers in the Belleair home. When it comes to cars, Linda will drive a Cadillac and a Mercedes and may also drive the Corvette in storage while Hogan will drive the Dodge van, a Mercedes and another car of his choosing from their storage. The Rolls Royce in their storage however has been put off limits by the Judge.
