- A family member of crash victim John Graziano has made several phone calls to the Hogan family threatening them for what they're doing. Clearwater, FL., police spokesman Doug Matthews did not reveal who received the calls or which Graziano member placed them. Nick's attorney said that police listened to the threatening voice mails after it was reported to the police. So far no arrests have been made.
