- Former WWE Superstar and UFC Hall of Famer Ken Shamrock will be stepping inside the octagon again to fight the 6'2" Miami-based street fighter Kimbo Slice at the EliteXC event to be aired on CBS on October 4th. Shamrock called Slice "an idiot" and took offense at the fact that at a conference call someone asked if he's just a sacrificial lamb for Slice. Shamrock hasn't won a fight since 2005, losing all his five fights with the recent one being in March of this year where he lost in the first round to Britain's Robert Berry. "I want to apologize for my last couple of performances in MMA," said the 44 year old former Intercontinental champion and UFC Superfight Champion. "On October 4 I will shut everybody up." Shamrock's MMA record stands at 26 wins - 22 of them by submission - 13 losses and 2 draws while Slice is at 3-0.
