FOX News is reporting that Brooke Hogan suffered an anxiety attack along with some other medical ailments this past Saturday just minutes before the PARTY 105's Mega Jam Concert in New York.

She was scheduled to perform with Sean Kingston, LMFAO and Kristie Elezaj at the event however she was pulled following her problems.

FOX News also adds that Hulk Hogan was set to host the whole concert but withdrew himself in order to stay by his daughter's side leaving the organizers without a replacement.

"Brooke is incredibly sensitive. She really cares about everyone around her and takes on a lot," said a close friend of Brooke.
