- Brian Blair was released from Orient Road Jail this morning without bail after getting arrested for hitting his two sons.

Blair did not speak at the hearing and the Florida Department of Children & Families will determine if can see his sons. His wife of 22 years accompanied him to the hearing.

He will have to enter a plea to the charges, two felony counts of child abuse within the next 30 days.

Blair called the whole incident an "unfortunate situation" and a "misunderstanding that could have been prevented."
