- An attorney representing Nick Hogan's friend John Graziano - who's still in a hospital almost brain dead - told the St Petersburg Times newspaper that the pending divorce between Hulk and his wife Linda could be a strategic movie in a civil suit over the wreck that critically injured Graziano while riding with their son Nick. The Graziano family are planning to sue the Bolleas for the damage and to cover all medical costs for John's whole life. The former Marine is expected to remain in hospital and according to doctors the only improvement that he could have is to open and close his eyes. Attorney Kimberley Kohn who along with someone else is representing John's mom in the upcoming lawsuit said that the divorce could be one step the Bolleas could take to try to protect assets because it could cut Terry Bollea's assets in half.
