- Former TNA champion Kurt Angle was found not guilty for the DUI case brought against him from last year after he was arrested in the beginning of October. On that day a female individual dialed 911 and reported that someone in a white Cadillac Escalade was driving like crazy and gave the registration number of the car to the police. Cops matched the registration number to Angle's car and they visited his house shortly afterward. Kurt admitted that he was driving after leaving a bar and he was administered a sobriety test which he failed. He was taken to a local hospital but refused a blood test. At the time, Angle's reps said that it was an "improper arrest" and the person who made the call was facing a DUI charge herself. Angle's attorneys pushed the fact that the officers never saw him driving and the Judge dismissed the case.
