WWE and THQ released the WrestleFest video game yesterday for Apple's iOS devices and is now available on the App Store for $2.99 for the iPhone and $3.99 for the iPad.
While the game is currently only available for Apple devices, THQ announced that it's also working on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Android and PC, with a currently scheduled release window of calendar year 2012.
"WWE WrestleFest greatly complements our WWE videogames portfolio by delivering a unique and captivating way for fans to connect with the virtual WWE experience," said Danny Bilson, Executive Vice President, Core Games, THQ. "The game's arcade-style play, combined with present day WWE content and hints of nostalgia, is a perfect fit for handheld platforms like the iPhone and iPad."
The game doesn't have great reviews on the App Store so far with many customers complaining about crashes especially on the old versions of iPhone and iPad.
