WWE declared the quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share on its Class A shares of common stock yesterday meaning that each shareholder will get 36 cents for every WWE stock he owns.

Members of the McMahon family will be receiving 24 cents instead of 36 on all their Class A and Class B shares.

The record date for the dividend will be December 15, 2009, and the payment date will be December 28, 2009.
