WWE announces quarterly divident for September 2008

- WWE today announced that the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share on its Class A shares of common stock. The McMahon family will not be getting the full sum as they have waived off $0.12 per share so all Class A and Class B shares owned by the McMahon family will receive the amount of $0.24 per share. Payment date will be September 25th.
