Earlier today WWE announced their 3Q 2009 financial results with revenues rising to $111.3 million versus $108.8 million from the same quarter last year.

Net income jumped to $8.9 million from $5.3 million compared to last year's third quarter.

International business continued to grow with an 17% spike mainly thanks to strong showings in Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Live event and televised shows drew a 13% increase to $77.9 million thanks largely due to more fans attending shows.

Pay-per-view business took a sharp 10% drop for a total of $14.5 million and so did consumer products with a 14% drop while digital media took a 6% hit.
