The Canadian city of Vancouver has set up a bid committee to bring WrestleMania in 2013 or 2014 for the first time in Vancouver, BC.

If successful, Vancouver would be the second Canadian city to host the show with Toronto already hosting WrestleMania 6 in 1990 and WrestleMania 18 in 2002.

The committee was formed in January to work with a number of local venues and organizations to help secure their WrestleMania bid.

The website wrestlemaniavancouver.com was launched to promote the bid along with Facebook and Twitter (@wmvan) accounts.
