- PWInsider.com is reporting that Sonny Siaki has been released by WWE last week. He signed a developmental deal with WWE after his TNA contract expired in December 2005 and never made it on television while under his new deal. He was first assigned to Deep South Wrestling and then transfered to Florida Championship Wrestling after DSW's deal with WWE was dropped. In Florida he teamed up with Afa Anoa'i Jr and wrestled in a tag team called The Samoan Fight Club.
