Pay-per-views for second quarter 2008 register increase

- In their quarter earnings report, WWE released information on the pay-per-views that were part of the second quarter of this year. The company registered an increase in all four shows, starting with Backlash which did 200,000 buys, up from last year's 194,000. Judgment Day did 252,000, up 10,000 from last year's 242,000. One Night Stand registered 194,000 buys, up from the 186,000 from 2007 and Night Of Champions did 273,000 versus the 243,000 Vengeance did in the same month last year.
