No action to be taken against Jeff Hardy for airport incident

- Jeff Hardy fans can breathe a bit easier as it looks like WWE will not be taking any action against Hardy who was ejected from his Southwest Airlines flight on Wednesday morning after an employee at the gate reported that he looked intoxicated. The fact that no reports were filed against him and he was cooperative with the authorities helped his case. Police officers escorted Hardy off the plane and he was offered a later flight home however Hardy declined the Southwest offer and made his own arrangements. Hardy is already on strike two with WWE after failing the Wellness Program twice and a third time means immediate contract termination. Hardy will be facing Triple H for the WWE title at No Mercy in a few weeks.
