- First MVP invited "The View's" Sherri Shepherd to join him on Smackdown. Then Shepherd asked MVP to be her date for the prom a few weeks ago. Now Shepherd asked for another favor.

The former US champion MVP will be escorting "The View" co-host at the BET Awards on Sunday night at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA. The show will be hosted by Jaime Foxx and there will also be a tribute to Michael Jackson.

The show airs at 8PM which means MVP will not be at The Bash pay-per-view.
