- In his latest blog, Smackdown! play-by-play announcer Jim Ross revealed the reason as to why Lance Cade was released from the company earlier this week. "Like many humans, he made a major league mistake while utilizing bad judgment that cost him his job," said Ross. Apparently the former tag team title holder suffered a seizure on a plane and needed emergency medical care. RAW ring announcer Lilian Garcia was on the same flight and helped Cade getting transferred to a hospital. Tests were done and nothing seriously wrong was discovered. It was not revealed what Cade did or took to suffer the seizure.
