Alberto Del Rio was officially removed from the No Way Out pay-per-view card and replaced by Dolph Ziggler in one of the main events.
Ziggler won the fatal four way match against Christian, Khali, and Jack Swagger to become the number one contender for Sheamus' World Heavyweight title during the show.
Initially, WWE advertised that there was going to be a battle royal with the winner getting the title shot but plans were changed in the hours leading up to the show.
Del Rio suffered a concussion during last week's Smackdown tapings which is why he was replaced.
