Grammy Award winning artist Cyndi Lauper will be on RAW this coming Monday night, her first involvement with the company since the mid 80's following the very successful Rock 'n' Wrestling Connection "era."
Lauper helped WWE get mainstream attention when she aligned herself with the company for MTV's "Brawl To End It All" televised event and was in Wendi Richter's corner for her match against Fabulous Moolah.
Lauper worked closely with Lou Albano and Hulk Hogan apart from Richter and then appeared at the first WrestleMania where she once again managed Wendi Richter in her match against Leilani Kai for the Women's title. Her song "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" was also used at WrestleMania.
The involvement of Lauper on RAW was announced by WWE on Twitter yesterday.
