TMZ cameras caught up with WWE champion CM Punk yesterday in Beverly Hills and said that he agreed with WWE's decision to fire Abraham Washington over the Kobe Bryant rape joke.
He said that he doesn't like to see anybody lose his job but a rape joke is not funny and he thinks if there's a reason to get fired, it's justified to get the pink slip over such a joke.
"Making fun of rape, I don't think it's that funny," Punk said to the TMZ guy who identified A.W. as Abraham Johnson before Punk laughed and corrected him.
