- Rumors are flying around that Bobby Lashley has been released from World Wrestling Entertainment. While it has not been confirmed by WWE, Lashley posted on the forum of his official website that he is gone from the company. "Circumstances which are out of my control left me no decision but to leave the WWE. I can't go into details of this now, but like I said before, sometimes people will hate you personally to try to destroy you, which has happened here. Evil has prevailed," the former ECW champion said. WWE.COM still lists his profile under the RAW section as of this writing. "My release from the WWE will probably be online soon, maybe by the end of the week. I am pretty torn on what to do next," he added. The message was posted under his user name but no one can verify the authenticity of the post until WWE confirms the situation. Lashley has been off WWE television since the end of July and had to undergo shoulder surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff, an injury that he picked up at the Backlash pay-per-view in May. WWE invested a lot of time and money on Lashley and was pushed to the skies on the road to WrestleMania and was 'picked' by Donald Trump for the Battle of the Millionaires match against Umaga.
