Round 1 -
So far the first minute each is attempting kicks. Vieira starting to let the hands go. Arantes with a jab and Vieira shoots under for the takedown. Vieira working to get out of half guard. Vieira with punches to the body. Vieira gets side control as Arantes tries to hip escape. Arantes escapes to half guard as Vieira wortks towards a choke. Elbows now from the top from Vieira. Vieira postures up and punches away. Arantes blocking the shots. Vieira briefly moves into side control before Arantes gets him back into a closed guard.
Round 2-
Arantes coming out kicking and now a jumping knee. Arantes is walking Vieira down and another leg kick from Arantes. Arantes is switching back and forth from southpaw and orthodox. Arantes sprawls to avoid the take down. Arantes is winning the stand up and goes with a low high combo. Vieira now comes forward with a combo of his own. Arantes with another leg kick and good jab. Vieira with a wheel kick connects the heel to the right ear and Arantes falls backwards against the cage. Vieira ties him up but Arantes with a take down and briefly gets his back before the round ends.
Round 3-
Arantes with the stiff jab again but it is one punch at a time again. Vieira with two wild punches that Arantes is able to step away from. Arantes with another leg kick. Jumping switch kick and a four punch combo behind it from Arantes. Vieira shoots in and gets the take down. Arantes ends up on top and pounds away. Good right hands from the top from Arantes. Vieira goods full guard and has a leg over the left arm of Arantes. Arantes stays tight and the ref stands them up. Vieira now the stalker of the two and gets nailed in the midsection with a spinning back kick. Vieira tries the wheel kick again but misses this time. The fight comes to an end.

Round 1 -
The former teamates for Wandelei face off now. Herb Dean the third man in the octagon for this one. Touch hands Campos takes the low stance and comes forward ready to strike. Campos with a nice body shot and than catches Vinicius with a kick to the groin. Campos with a left now and Vinicius comes forward with an inside leg kick and left hand behind it. Campos comes forward working the left jab and inside leg kick. Vinicius with a big looping right hand and Campos ties him and gets the trip off the cage. Campos with some short elbows and postures up and gets to side control. Campos gets the mount and sits up to unleash the ground and pound. Vinicius rolls over and Campos takes his back. Vinicius briefly gets up before Campos can take him back down. Vinicius with an upkick and a left hand from a diving in Campos. Elbow from the bottom . Campos tries to posture ups and gets caught with a few upkicks. Campos gets back in and looks for the ground and pound as the round ends.
Round 2-
Vinicius with a wheel kick attempt but cant connect. Vinicius coming forward and gets caught with a left hand going for the flying knee. Campos is in half guard from the top now after he dropped him with that punch. Campos is in side control now and grabs the wrist for a kimura but can't get it. Vinicius gets his arm free and Campos is on the other side working for the right arm this time. Vinicius is able to get him back into his guard. but Campos moves to side control. Great display of bjj from both men as they jockey for position. Vinicius uses his legs to create space and Campos throws them to the side and is back in half guard. Campos is cut either from the upkicks or hammer fist from Vinicius on the bottom. Campos eats another upkick as he tries to posture up. Campos is cut on the left eye brow.
Round 3-
Vinicius checks the leg kick this time and lands a lead right hand. Vinicius lands the front kick. Now a flying knee from Vinicius and a knee to the body. Campos is hurt. Vinicius with four punches that connect and another knee to the body from Vinicius. Vinicius going for the kill but Campos is up but out on his feet. Dean stops the fight and Campos falls to the mat as soon as Vinicius stops punching.

Round 1 -
Perpetuo looks big for 185. Mafra with a kick then eats one to the body as he goes for left leg kick combo. Mafra throws the looping left with a right behind it as he backs Perpetuo to the cage. Mafra with two stepping leg kicks as he comes forward. Perpetuo briefly ties him up on the cage. Mafra eats a right and Counter left as he throws the looping punches. Perpetuo with a head kick that is blocked and Marfa charges forward with the haymakers. Perpetuo is landing the cleaner punches while every punch from Mafra is to end the night. Perpetuo goes for a single. Mafra doing well defending on one leg. Perpetuo right eye is swollen. Perpetuo with a good close elbow before the round ends.
Round 2-
Mafra with a good left right left as Perpetuo comes forward. Mafra now has Perpetuo circling. Perpetuo with a head body combo. Perpetuo with a left hook now. Mafra with a body head combo. Perpetuo gets the take down and Mafra gets an arm bar on the way down. Perpetuo gets side control now as he excapes. Mafra with hammer fist from the bottom and goes for another arm bar. Perpetuo gets back into guard and drops some big elbows that bounce Mafra's head of the mat. Perpetuo with hammer fist now. Mafra still looking to the arm bar is taking these shots. Mafra is on is side now and Perpetuo drops more hammer fist till he can get him back on his back. Perpetuo big punch to the mid section. Mafra is cut under the right eye now. Perpetuo is back in full guard as he postures up and drops down a big elbow.
Round 3-
Perpetuo the aggressor now and catches Mafra with a right hand that drops him behind a front kick to the body. Perpetuo jumps on him. Perpetuo now with the ground and pound punch punch punch elbow elbow more punches elbow hammer fist and the ref has seen enough and stops it.

Round 1 -
Viana ith a quick combo and is back out. Teixeira with a knee to the body as a left from Viana cuts open his forehead. Viana with a right and uppercut from Teixeira. Teixeira with a body kick and left hand but Viana jumps right in and rattles off three punches. Viana moves in and Teixeira slips and Viana swarms but he is back up. Teixeira is rocked with a good right from Viana. Both men are dropping down and loading up on the punches. Viana is fast with the strikes and nails Teixeira with a good body shot. Teixeira with a high kick that misses and Teixeira misses with a big shot and Viana gets behind him and lands a couple upper cuts. Viana has Teixeira on the cage ax the round ends.
Round 2-
Teixeira comes out pressing forward and connects with a head kick. It gave Teixeira an opening to put him on the cage and deliver a knee to the body. Viana spins them around and delivers his own knee before he backs off. Teixeira counters with a right hand and is able to briefly get the take down on Viana. Viana has Teixeira up against the cage now a couple knees from Teixeira before the ref breaks them. Viana is looking quicker and lands a pair of body shots. Viana back to the body. Teixeira is winging the bigger punches but landing nothing clean. Teixeira with a kick that makes Viana take a big breath. Viana with a left hand. Teixeira with another front kick attempt that hasn't found a home. Viana ties him up briefly and Teixeira gets a knee in.
Round 3-
Viana locks to be slowing down some now and eats another leg kick. Teixeira is coming in now with the left hook or straight but is covering up well as Viana tries to counter. Viana with a big right over the top and than a counter left as he gets kicked in the groin and we break the action so Viana can adjust his gear. Viana with a good left right left combo. Teixeira barely misses a big head kick. Viana with a nice left jab. Teixeira goes for the double as he pressures him to the cage. Teixeira pulls his legs out from under him but Viana stays up on one hand. Viana gets free. Viana with another left to the body. Teixeira ties him back up and goes for the body lock. Teixeira gets the take down but Viana doesn't give up and gets free. Viana with a jab that lands right before the final horn sounds.

Middleweights (185lbs)
Francisco "Massaranduba" Trinaldo(@ MassarandubaMMA) VS. Delson "Pe de Chumbo" Heleno(@DelsonHeleno)
Round 1 -
As the two quarter finalist from TUF Brazil come to the center of the cage. Heleno the mutliple former champion in jungle fighting and others looks big and powerful. Heleno gets nailed with the left hand as he charges in for the take down. Heleno has the body lock. Trinaldo with good knees from in close. Trinaldo gets some space and Heleno drops to his knees and a pig punch from Trinaldo. Heleno still trying to get the take down. Trinaldo nails him with another knee to the chest of Heleno as heleno is on his knees. Trinaldo with the left punches to the side of the head of Heleno. Trinaldo with a big knee that jars the body of Heleno. Trinaldo unleashes the right hand as Heleno turtles up and Dean steps in and stops the fight. Trinaldo looked vicious with those punches and avoided the take down well.
Winner by TKO at 4:21 of round 1 Francisco "Massaranduba" Trinaldo.
He is going to be a force to watch going forward.
The crowd goes nuts as they show Vitor Belfort sitting in the crowd. It sounds like they are booing him. He was supposed to fight Silva in the main event but broke his hand in training. It has to be deafening in that place. On FX you can just tell they are amped up for the UFC.

Round 1 -
Both men land a right jab at the onset. Medeiros seems to take the better shot. Damm has gone to the leg kicks a couple times so far. Damm gets caught in the groin as Medeiros tries to return the favor. Damm drops him with a right hand and takes his back. Damm sets up the hooks and than works his arm under the chin of Medeiros and Medeiros taps out.

Round 1 -
Dias with the single leg attempt pushes Alcantara up against the cage. Dias is able to get the trip off the cage and is landing the short right hand as Alcantara is on his side. Dias tries to take his back and has an arm around the neck of Alcantara. Dias works to get the mount now that Alcantara has put his back on the mat. Dias now with some good elbows from the top. Alcantara gets to his feet but Dias gets the body lock and slams him back to the canvas. Dias is in the full guard now working with short elbows. Alcantara is trying to wall walk up the cage. Dias with a couple short rights and Alcantara gets to his feet. Dias grabs the arm of Alcantara and Alcantara backs away before the round ends.
Round 2-
Dias with a jumping kick to the body of Alcantara. Alcantara presses forward swinging and ties up Dias on the fence. Alcantara with the body lock pulls guard and Dias is back on top working the ground and pound. Alcantara pushes him away and tries to get the arm bar but Dias is able to pull his arm free. Dias back in guard alternating head and body shots. Dias stands up in the guard now and is able to get to half guard by pushing Alcantara's legs to the side. Alcantara wall walks but Dias has the body lock and takes him back down. Dias now with continous elbows until Alcantara gets him back into full guard and the ref stands them up. Alcantara with a good right hook as Dias comes forward.
Round 3-
Dias with a left hook to start the final round. Alcantara goes for a big stepping body kick but Dias steps out of the way. Dias answers one that does land with his own. Alcantara is loading up his punches when he throwing but it is all air he is hitting. Dias gets the tie up on the fence and gets the trip. Alcantara is on his side again with Dias laying on top of him punching him in the face with the right hand. Alcantara gets to his feet and threatens with a kimura but Dias slams him back onto his butt. Dias peppering him with the right hand in close. The ref stands them up with 45 seconds left. Alcantara charges forward and Dias steps into him and slams him down. Alcantara flips him back on his back now elbows and punches from Alcantara as Dias tries to push him away with his legs. Dias landed 90% of ground strikes totaling 104 in the fight.
Winner by unanimous decision 29-28, 30-27x2 Hacran Dias
Goldberg says that this was the 2000 fight in UFC history that just finished.
Heavyweights
Mike Russow VS. Fabricio "Vai Cavalo" Werdum(@FabricioWerdum)
Round 1 -
The crowd erupts as Bruce Buffer starts to announce Werdum you can hardly hear him. Russow charges forward with two left jabs. Werdum gets the clinch and lands a knee. Werdum striking is looking good. Werdum nailing the body as Russow comes forward. Russow with a left hook and Werdum tries for the knee from the clinch but Russow pulls his head out of the way at the last second. Werdum coming forward now with a leg kick and tries to get Russow into the clinch. Werdum nails Russow with an uppercut behind a leg kick and drops him. Werdum going for the kill with the right hand now landing continuous shots and Herb Dean steps in and stops it.

Rony "Jason" Mariano Bezerra(@RonyJasonMMA) VS. GodoFredo Pepey(@pepey10)
Rony Jason is making his way to the cage very emotional. A tearful Jason pulls on his Jason mask before he gets to prep station and the crowd shows the love. This just shows how much it means to these guys getting their chance. Pepey comes out with some really bright red hair.
Round 1 -
Pepey comes charging in with big punches and Mariano connects with a right hand. After a brief tie up on the cage they take a moment to just wildly swing at each other. Pepey wants to end this with one punch. They tie up and Pepey pulls guard. Pepey is jerking in the wrist of Mariano trying to get the kimura. Mariano keeps his hands clasped. Mariano with a few body shots. The ref stands them up with just under two minutes left in the round. Mariano with a leg kick to the front leg and Pepey tells him to bring it. Mariano with a flying knee. Mariano gets the body lock and Pepey is more than happy to pull guard. Pepey with some piston elbow from the top. They end the round like that.
Round 2-
Mariano comes forward with the lunging left hand and takes a shin that glances off the face. Mariano with a big looping punch anf Pepey ducks under ties him up and pulls guard. Pepey with more elbows and than smoothly throws his leg over for a shoulder lock but the fellow black belt recognizes and stands up. Pepey charges forward with the big winging punches and Mariano with a right hand down the pipe that stuns Pepey for a second. Mariano with a left now. Pepey now with the lead left hook and left jab. Mariano with a right hook that clips him and Pepey goes for a spinning back fist that misses and Mariano misses with the wheel kick as the horn blows.
Round 3-
Pepey with a right head kick and Mariano answers with the right hand. Pepey goes back to throwing the big punches and Mariano answers with a straight right counter down the middle that pops Pepey's head back like a pez dispenser. Mariano with the push kick to the body. Pepey with a left that clips him but Mariano was ready to counter with that right down the middle. Pepey nails Mariano with a glancing kick to the groin. joe Rogan goes in to how they need to accept the new technology in cups. Mariano with another flying knee that Pepey is able catch Mariano during. Pepey tries to pull guard again but Mariano is able to slip out and let Pepey fall to the ground. Mariano stays out of the way until the ref stands him up. Pepey gets up and eats a looping right hand as Mariano charges forward. Pepey catches Mariano in the groin again and Pepey is on his knees apologizing hoping not to lose a point. 40 seconds left as we continue. Pepey is being careful but needs to go all out. Pepey goes for the inside leg kick. Mariano with the body lock and gets the throw as the horn sounds. They are mouthing at each other now as they are being held apart. Mariano tries to soccer kick his mouth piece into the stands but misses. He picks it up and throws it into the stands. Lets hope this doesn't go to sudden victory round.

TUF Brazil Middleweight (185lbs) Final
Sergio "Serginho" Moraes(@serginhoallianc) VS. Cezar "Mutante" Ferreira(@CezarMutante)
Round 1 -
Ferreira acts like he is going to reach down for a single but you can see the wheel kick coming. Moraes gets poked in the eye and Ferreira is able to land the arching back kick this time. Moraes retreats to create space and Ferreira charges forward and lands a good combo. Moraes with a thudding body kick that puts a stop to the charging Ferreira. Moraes with a good right hand now. Moraes with a nice elbow as Ferreira comes forward again. That body kick earlier from Moraes has left a welt on the side of Ferreira. Ferreira kicks Moraes in the groin as they both go for an inside leg kick at the same time. Minute left and now Moraes is coming forward with the combo. Ferreira comes forward to get the clinch behind a head kick and Moraes tees off and drills Ferreira in the head and body throwing a dozen or so punches very quickly. Moraes gets free as the round comes to an end.
Round 2-
Ferreira comes forward with another head kick and left hand trying to get the clinch. Ferreira goes for the clinch and Moraes tries to pull guard. Ferreira wants no part of the ground and has the ref stand him up. Ferreira with a wheel kick and upper cut. Moraes is down and his right eye is busted open. Moraes goes immediately for a submission and Ferreira who came close to getting the stop with the ground and pound from the ref has to stand back so avoid the leg lock. Moraes is charging forward now with the winging left and right. Moraes has caught Ferreira with an elbow and he is retreating Moraes giving chase and nails him with a bunch of wild punches but some how Ferreira is still up. This is starting to look like Bonner Griffin from the first TUF.
Round 3-
Ferreira with a front kick and than a left right combo that rocks Moraes. Moraes falls to the ground but Ferreira isn't following him to the canvas and has Herb Dean stand him up. As the beginning of the round Ferreira has land 34 significant strikes and Moraes 33. Moraes lands the right hand that stuns Ferreira. These two starting to look a little more cautious now trying to avoid getting caught with the big shot. Moraes throws that to the wind and rushes forward with the big overhand punches and his chin up in the air. Ferreira avoids them. Moraes lands a right hand that clips Ferreira on the jaw. Moraes throws his hands up to entice Ferreira and eats a push kick to the body. Ferreira with a straight right that sends Moraes flailing backwards and onto his back. Ferreira spends the last 10 seconds slapping the feet of Moraes who is on the canvas trying to up kick him.

I have never seen as many jokes on twitter about a fighters hair as I have about Rich Franklin tonight and comparing it to the dumb and dumber characters.
Wanderlei makes his way to the octagon and once again this Brazil crowd is showing the love. Shogun Rua and Werdum walk Silva to the check point. They both look to be working his corner.
Franklin gets booed heavy as he is announced. Silva is loving this home crowd excitement.
Round 1 -
First 40 seconds go by before a punch is thrown. Half of the logo is torn of Franklins shorts. Silva counter the left high kick from Franklin with a nice right hand that gets Franklins attention. Franklin now with that straight punch right down the middle. Franklin catches a high kick from Silva and is able to hit Silva with a couple right hands. Silva charges in with a quick left right. Franklin with a right then left and Silva is down but looks to have slipped. Silva is back to his feet and Franklin with another right hook straight left combo looks to be stunning Silva. Silva now with a pair of head kicks that land clean. Franklin is walking forward now and lands his own left head kick followed by a right hand and Silva with the right hand of his own.
Round 2-
Silva with a right hand that grazes the chin of Franklin. Franklin with a right hand that has cut open Silva. Silva tries for the front kick. Franklin nails him with another right and that some how hasn't dropped Silva. Silva after a drief turtle up against the fence throws the big punches looking to end it with one shot. Franklin lands the right jab now coming forward. Silva with a combo that briefly backs up Franklin. Franklin with a body kick but eats a counter right hand. Silva charges forward and lands a pair of rights. Silva sees his opening and is charging forward nials Franklin with more rights. Franklin tries to tie him up but eats another punch and goes down. Silva is swarming on him and unleashes the ground and pound the ref is close to stopping it but Franklin survives till the horn
Round 3-
It was a left from Silva that dropped Franklin at the end of the last round. Franklin back to pressing forward with the pawing right hand. Franklin is winning the technical boxing but when Wanderlei goes off and in berserker mode he is hurting Franklin. Franklin is keeping Silva at the end of that lead right jab. Franklin with a head kick that Silva almost ducked under. Silva is veery relaxed in there. Franklin with another body kick. Franklin with a left hand and gets the body lock and Silva. Franklin is able to drag him to the ground. Franklin with big elbows from the half guard and than postures up and almost ends it with ground and pound but the horn sounds to save Silva this time.
Round 4-
After three rounds each has landed 79 strikes. Silva trying to be the aggressor now with a right hook. Franklin with the straight left and it seems the lights flickered on and off. Franklin back to that jab to keep Silva out of his reach. Silva with a swaying right hook that looked good. Franklin goes to the body. Silva is not showing much these last two rounds. he may have completely dumbed everything trying to finish Franklin in the second round. Franklin with three right hands in a row. Silva goes for the inside leg kick and connects the shin to the jewels of Franklin and we see a break in the action. Silva is coming forward but he is having to keep his hands up to prevent getting hit by Franklin. Silva lands a right as Franklin goes for another body kick and a four punch combo from Silva as the round ends.
Round 5-
Dana White has taken to twitter to comment on all the nut shots tonight. Silva coming forward and Franklin is circling away from the power hand of Wanderlei. Silva sways out of the way of the right hand this time and lands a left over the top. Nothing to follow it though. Silva keeps coming forward but it is into the jab of Franklin. Strikes are some how still slose to being even for the fight. Silva with a series of rabbid punches. Silva sees a minute left and is calling on the fans Silva wants to go all out now. Franklin keeps circling and is composure. Silva wants to stand in the middle and wing big punches. Silva gives chase now last 10 seconds and they stand and bang. Both men eating big shots. Franklin drops Silva to his knees as the horn sounds with a left it looked like. They embrace and Franklin picks up Silva and hoist him high in the air for the crowd to see.
Winner by unanimous decision 49-46 x3 for Rich "Ace" Franklin
Rich says that he wants to talk to Dana and maybe get one more run at the title at 185 before he retires.
Wanderlei's left eye took a beating and looks kind of nasty. Silva admits that he pushed a little too much at the end of the second round and gassed. He thanked the fans and says it is them who he fights for.
