At age 43, former WWE and World Heavyweight champion Batista is making his debut in another sport - mixed martial arts.
After almost making it on a Strikeforce card a couple of years ago, Batista has now signed with CES MMA according to TMZ, and is scheduled to have his first professional MMA fight on October 6.
Batista will be facing Rashid Evans - no relation to current UFC fighter Rashad Evans - and the fight will take place at the Dunkin Donuts Theater in Providence, Rhode Island.
