Michael Moody, son of WWE Hall of Famer Paul Bearer, passes away

Michael Moody, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Paul Bearer, passed away during the weekend and announced by his brother Daniel.

Michael and Daniel Moody both attended the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony earlier this year to honor their legendary father and accept the HOF induction on behalf of the Moody family. They also appeared at WrestleMania XXX with the other Hall of Famers.

“This is the 3rd hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. Today my brother Michael Moody passed away. Please keep my whole family in your prayers especially Betty Moody and my nieces. I just can’t believe I’m the only one left in my family. Mom, Dad, and now Michael gone. I love you bro. Fly high,” Daniel Moody wrote on his Facebook.

WWE also issued a statement on the passing of Moody on WWE.COM, writing, “WWE is saddened to learn that Michael Moody, the son of legendary manager Paul Bearer, has passed away. The announcement was made on the Facebook page of Moody’s brother Daniel. Earlier this year, both Michael and Daniel accepted Paul Bearer’s WWE Hall of Fame induction on behalf of their father. WWE extends its condolences to the Moody family.”
