“Hacksaw” Jim Duggan undergoes succesful shoulder surgery

WWE Hall of Famer “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan underwent shoulder surgery and the procedure was successful according to a tweet from Duggan himself.

“All went good. More damage than they thought, but all fixed. Now recovery time,” Duggan wrote, attaching a link to his Facebook page where he has a picture of himself in a hospital bed and arm in a sling.

Duggan couldn’t afford the surgery to repair his torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder and sought the help of wrestling fans through the website Indiegogo.com. He wanted $6,500 to pay for the surgery but $10,396 were eventually raised.
