Former WWE manager Frenchy Martin passes away

Former WWE manager Frenchy Martin passed away yesterday at age 66, a year after he was diagnosed with bladder cancer.

Martin, whose real name is Jean Gagné, made his WWE debut in 1986 as a wrestler but then transitioned to a managerial role, aligning himself with the late Dino Bravo. After Bravo replaced Martin with Jimmy Hart in 1989, he once again he resumed his wrestling career as an enhancement talent. He retired from wrestling a year later.
