Dwayne Johnson lands major deal with Ford Motor Company

Dwayne Johnson has landed a major sponsorship as Ford Motor Company announced that it has hired the former WWE champion and Hollywood movie star as their Spokesman of Service.

Johnson has filmed a commercial which will start running on October 12 as part of a crew of technicians called The Specialists at Ford. It’s a multi-year deal for Johnson and he will be splashed across all platforms in an advertising campaign.

“His genuine appreciation of the brand makes the alignment of Ford service and Dwayne Johnson a great partnership,” Ford said in a statement.

In a post on his Instagram, Johnson said that he currently owns three Ford trucks and bought his first Ford when he was 15 years old and said he’s been a “Ford man ever since.”
