CM Punk fights Mike Jackson tonight at UFC 225 in Chicago

CM Punk returns to the Octagon tonight at UFC 225 for his second professional mixed martial arts fight as he takes on Mike Jackson in the first fight of the pay-per-view card.

Punk last fought at UFC 203 in September 2016, losing to Mickey Gall in the first round to a rear-naked choke. UFC President Dana White had said that Punk would unlikely fight in the UFC again but the former WWE champion managed to change White’s mind and is now facing Jackson, who himself lost to Gall for the shot at Punk two years ago.

Another loss tonight would more than likely spell the end of CM Punk’s career in the UFC, at least for now.

Punk, who will fight in his home town of Chicago, will be walking out to his WWE theme song Cult of Personality.
