Bret Hart sells his Hawaii house

Bret Hart has sold his Hawaii house for $705,000 according to the Los Angeles Times, making $30,000 in profit on the property which he bought back in 2004.

The 2,064 square foot home was located in Kailua-Kona and was built into a hillside in the Kuakini Heights area. It features a wet bar, a center-island kitchen, an office, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, tropical landscaping, and tall palms. It was originally listed for $725,000.

Hart bought the house after he suffered a stroke in 2002 and then moved to Hawaii.
