Bret Hart gets “Simpsonized” with new action figure

W-O reader John Parkin sent in word that WWE Hall of Famer Bret “Hit Man” Hart is getting his own Simpsons-style action figure next month.

Announced by NECA – The National Entertainment Collectibles Association – two days ago, Bret Hart is joining Penn & Teller, Stephen King, Leonard Nimroy, and R.E.M., as the latest “Simpsonized” versions of celebrity guest stars.

Hart appeared in the episode titled “The Old Man And The Lisa” which originally aired on April 20, 1997, and WWE put Bret and Bart Simpson on the cover of the then WWF Magazine with the two standing side by side and Bart decked out in “Hit Man” gear.
