Batista suffering from torn tendon, to undergo surgery

Postby newswire on 06-08-2009 01:17 PM

- PWInsider.com is reporting that the newly crowned WWE champion Batista is suffering from a torn tendon in his biceps and will be undergoing surgery tomorrow.

He had the injury going into the match and the company knew beforehand about it which seems odd since he was given the WWE title. No word on how long he will be out of action although the injury is not as serious as a full tear.

Batista just returned from a lengthy injury the day after WrestleMania 25.

Meanwhile, recently released Mr Kennedy showed his support to "The Animal" saying on his Twitter account that Batista is "one of the best guys in the locker room. No ego, always trying to help."

I don't think releasing Batista crossed WWEs mind once. But giving him the strap seems kind of odd.

How much does surgery cost for a dog that has a portosystemic shunt? I just got the prognosis for my puggle the other day and they are trying to treat him with meds first to find out how effective they will be as well as a low protein diet. I want to start saving for him to have the surgery at some point, but I need to know how much I need to save up for him to get the surgery.

I love my dog with all of my heart and he is part of my family. If he gets something that requires a lot of medical treatment, I will probably not let him live in pain and live on pain killers because we do not know the amount of pain they go through. I will probably do him a favor and put him to rest in that big dog house in the sky. My opinion, the cost is great unless you have the money. If you had the money, you probably would not have asked the question.
