Ric Flair returns to WWE....again!

Postby newswire on 05-18-2009 02:38 PM

- It looks like the Nature Boy Ric Flair has missed the big leagues more than he anticipated as the Hall of Famer returned on WWE television yesterday helping his friend Batista at the end of his match against Randy Orton. Flair recently expressed interest in wrestling again and said he would do it if he gets the blessing of WWE and Shawn Michaels. The Naitch said multiple times in the past that he could make more money on his own by making appearances, signing autographs and giving speeches than being employed by World Wrestling Entertainment and that was the reason he left in August of two years ago. Flair has been recently working with Ring of Honor and it is not known yet what will happen to that deal since Flair is now back on WWE television.

As long as he doesn't wrestle, I'll be fine with it. Everything WWE, Shawn Michael, the NWA, the fans, the list goes one, everything they have done the past year would have been pointless.

I saw Rick Flair on RAW last night. He is looking good. Maybe he did not wear the athletic shirts that much as we usually saw him in his robe or a suit, but his arms look like they have been pumping iron. I thought that he looked in much better shape than when he retired. He really looked tired and getting old a cou0ple of years ago. I believe that he looks younger and bouyed up now that he is back.

I have a feeling that he WILL wrestle. I'd like to see him wrestle but then I think of the great send off he received and it's just plain wrong. Retirements in wrestling almost never work and it sucks that he'll eventually go back on his word even though I wouldn't mind seeing him in the ring again.

It's great to see Naitch back in any capacity! They should shitcan Vickie "more chins than a Chinese phone book" Guerrero & make Ric RAW's GM.

Yes, he would be a great GM as he can take some punches after his decisions. Vicky is doing a good job as a heel. She gets better every week. She takes the jokes well, like Santino calling her a pig and then he imitates the pig. Funny stuff for this Comedy Show that use to be a wrestling show. It pays the wrestlers and comedians well and we have to watch it.

A little comic relief thrown in with wrestling isn't such a bad idea. Remember, the E in WWE stands for Entertainment-or so they tell us. Santino & his "sister" do a great job IMHO. I wonder if Swine Flu jokes would be in bad taste but you know what they say about those who can't take a joke!
