Even our richest men (including billionaires) are affected by this economy gone twisted. I hope WWE and Microsoft, to say the least, pulls this off! It can be a long struggle.

This is pretty bad. I don't remember a time where they fired so many employees at one go. Usually right after WrestleMania they start firing people left right and center but usually they remove wrestlers who haven't been on TV lately or haven't been used period. To get rid of so many office employees shows you that they're not in that good shape.

Pretty sad situation unfortunately.

I wonder if Stephany McMahon firing Chris Jericho is part of this mass firing and lay offs, or is it an angle so that Vince McMahon will hire him back next week when Vince returns.

Come to think of it, Stephany's voice and the way she says her words is similar to her mother Linda McMahon.

I believe it's part of the story line. Setting up for a nice McMahon return, or maybe SmackDown! will "sign" him.

It was a shock. They put in a lot of years, but I can understand this situation. They make occasional appearances on television. I don't know what their job is behind scene but it can't be that big. I wish I could have been different though.

I think that Ron Simmons had more to do than say Damm. It was nice to see him when he was in Richmond, VA., and he said Dammmmm for us on our cell phone.

Things are tough all over. I don't expect any improvement in the economy until the fourth quarter of the year, at the earliest. Maybe it's time to flush that turd, "ECW". It's a business.
Vince and the family skipped part of the last dividend distribution, so they're sharing the pain. How many other corporate honchos have done that?
