Nick's lucky not to get a harsher sentence. I hope he doesn't drop any soaps in jail! I saw the whole court hearing he showed no emotion whatsoever, especially during sentencing. Hopefully he learned his lesson.

That punk should have been given close to the maximum jail time for the charges. Money still talks, I guess.

That little shit had the nerve to say that he "misses John every day." Okay, how about Nick helping take care of John as part of his community service. Young Bollea is a lost cause. The cement in his head is already set. The message is, "You can do no wrong." Ship his punk ass to Iraq.

When one leads a life of privilege, lessons like this are lost on the person as they think these lessons don't apply to them, only to the "common people". As cowpiewi said, the cement in his head is set. He likely won't have to worry about becoming someone's bitch as he has enough money to buy the person off who might have designs on his (possibly, maybe not) cherry ass. Unless, of course, the COs want to make an example of him-then all bets are off and he'd better pray that he has a guardian angel nearby!

From What I have read, he has no remorse. So what everyone here says is OK for me because he might come out a grown man and have some feelings and consideration for others.If he is in with some of the hard core guys, he will get an education that money cannot buy.

I guess Nick will be getting a visit from Mom and Dad for the allotted 3 hours per week in a video room by themselves. I guess their first visits, the other people visiting their relatives and friends in jail were more interested in watching the Hogans than spending time with their jailed love ones. Now the Hogans get their own private session talking with Nick via video. It is only on video, no touching, feeling, passing drugs, or a cake with a saw in it...just cold talking and watching over a video.
