Where are the photos? Was this during the time she was married to Kevin Sullivan? If so, he likely took the photos, convinced her to pose or both!

It had to be when she knew Kevin or just before.

I am very mixed on this. One one hand, part of me wants to see these photos because I always thought Nancy was sexy, even in her later years.

But I am disturbed that they would come out now after her death. I'll bet her family WON'T be too happy about this!

I'm not at all surprised that Larry Flynt would cash in on this tragedy - he'd publish rape pics of his own grandmother if he thought it would sell a few more copies.

What disturbs me is the people who actually want to see the pics. Yes, Nancy was a beautiful woman, but have we lost all sense of decency.

I'd like to think that the majority of people are better than that. I'd like to think that dirtbags like Flynt are the exception, and that most people have some character. However, when the first comment to this is "Where are the photos?", I'm not so sure what to think.

The photos were taken before she met Sullivan and while she was still in her first marriage. Sullivan was her second.

I see your point Stratojaxter. I'll be honest, if Nancy Benoit would've died any other way than being murdered by her own husband, then I probably wouldn't feel as guilty about wanting to see them.

But, just out of respect for the families, they should've never been released. I am no angel as I have looked at my share of Playboy's and XXX movies but there are some things that my conscious won't let me do!

As much as I would love to see the beautiful Nancy in her birthday suit, I refuse to give Larry Flint one thin dime of my money just to make money off of a dead woman! To me, L.F. is sicker than Chris Benoit himself was or at least as sick! And, as I said earlier, its just to show both families (Benoit's and her's) some respect as I am sure they are still grieving over that tragedy last June. Out of respect for them, those are some nude photos that I WON'T be viewing.

I am not in favor of this move by Hustler. There is just something disturbing about this. I agree with Starajaxter and evgriff. Who is making a profit off these photos other then Hustler? Someone had to have gave them to the magazine.

Good question! I doubt that Hustler had these photos in their possession for years and never did anything with them until now. I think someone close to Nancy (the photographer that took them, Kevin Sullivan, someone in either the Benoit or Nancy's families) had to have these pics.

In any case, I won't be viewing them. While L.F. and Hustler have the right I am sure to publish them, this is just wrong. This isn't like when Playboy published Anna Nicole Smith's photos. Granted, they took advantage of her death BUT most of her nudes were public record already so I didn't have as much of a problem with that other than they did this after her death.

This situation is even more disturbing.

I am surprised that Hustler printed such decent pictures. Hustler usually prints the most nasty pictures of beautiful women. These pictures of Nancy are very nice to look at.
