Board upgrade this weekend

This board will not be operational on Saturday and possibly some parts of Sunday as well as I will be upgrading to the new phpbb3 software. All posts and usernames will still remain the same but it will be visually different and with new features...hopefully for the better!

ECW forum closed and moved...

The ECW forum has been closed and all discussions were moved to the General Discussions forum.

It didn't make sense at all anymore to have ECW as a seperate forum.

Auctions category

I have added a new category where users can advertise their eBay auctions for free right here on the message board. Seeing that this forum is the most accessed page on all Wrestling-Online.com, I'm sure you'll get some extra hits from advertising your auctions here.

Remember, it has to be wrestling related items ONLY. Any other auctions ads will be deleted.

Left side bar? WTF!

Okay, some of you might be annoyed by this.

Up until now the boards were like, well, something totally different than the website. No other links to other sections on the site were visible so I added a left bar, which is visible only when viewing topics.

I know this is kinda annoying but at least it "connects" to other sections of the site and yes, there's a Google AdSense banner, which they are our only advertisers.

As you might have noticed on W-O, there are no more ad banners advertising wrestling stuff or annoying DHTML pop ups. We got rid of those in return of displaying only Google AdSense and ContentLink text ads.

ContentLink text ads were implemented here on the board for a test run, and were later removed as promised. I'm sure the left side bar is not as annoying, and I hope you understand this necessity.

We don't ask you to donate money like other websites do and we don't give you 1 million pop-ups like other websites do. And we don't charge you anyt...

A new feature added, called IM List, which can be accessed at the top of the page. You can find users which have AOL IM, Yahoo! IM, MSN Messenger or ICQ.
