Georgous George in the Hall of Fame

I am so happy to see Georgous George be inducted in the HOF. He has been one of my all time favorite wrestlers. Because, back in the days before all of you were born, 1950, I had a cousin that had a TV. There were two channels and to change. To change a channel someone had to go outside and turn the antenna while someone inside watched the TV to get a good picture. The TV was one of those little round screens. The first TV show I ever watched was Georgous George wrestling. When he came to the ring he would throw golden bobby pins from his hair to the audiance. He definitely got a crowd reaction. Since my first TV show I have been hooked on wrestling.

TNA was a great show on March 15, 2010

What a great show. Jeff Hardy vs AJ Styles was an excellent match. I enjoyed the show from the beginning.

The Beautiful People have taken over the TNA Knockouts and they are not as good as they were a year ago. The TNA Knockouts are very good wrestlers and they need to show more of them. A couple of times the TNA Knockouts wre the main event and those were main event matches. I wouold like to see that again.

I hope that the older (ancient) wrestlers do bring more viewers because TNA is a better show than WWE and that is my opinion. The newer wrestlers just need to become a (household)name and AJ Styles is the leader and doing well. Jeff Hardy and RVD and Kurt Angle could definitely put TNA above WWE. I hope that TNA has a different show on Thursday night as they need it to be competitive.

Flair vs Hogan on TNA

I personally thought that the Ric Flair and Hollywood Hogan match on TNA was more than I expected. They drew blood, Flair had some pretty good moves as he always has. I thought that they put on a very good show considering their age. Ric Flair's body looked much older than Hogan, but Ric Flair showed that he is still a competent wrestler with a lot of moves and he can take the bumps and slams that he always did. One move he does not do any more is that move when he got thrown into the corner he made a summersault and flipped over the top rope. He is too old for than. I also think that Hogan is much stiffer and Ric Flair is much more flexible than Hogan. Hogan acted like it would be hard for him to bend over.

Great match and I thought it beat any match on RAW for the night.

I hope that he does not wrestle the Undertaker because I believe that the Undertaker will continue winning his Wrestlemania matches until he retires. He will probably win 20 matches. If he wrestles Shamus I think Edge will win. Shamus is bad and I can see why he is a Champion.

It has been almost two months since this form started. What do you all think the success of TNA is now. I think it looks like the old WCW. I just hope that they promote the younger wrestlers and only have a minimum showing of the old timers.
sI still think that Hogan is a piece of crap and he is only doing this for the money.
I do like the promotion of AJ Styles...he can do anything they want him to be. I am glad that he is a heel that is styl'n and profil'n, limosine riding son-of-a-gun.

Is CM Punk being obnoxious about drugs and alcohol just to be a heel? Is he really serious. I use to be a drug and alcohol counselor the worse job I ever had. CM Punk acts like theother counselors.

I am wondering if those people he brings to the ring to give them a hair cut will eventually end up being hired. That girl Serena is pretty and a little chubby and looks like she might be a wrestler. Poor girl got her hair cut bald.

Great New Year Eve Show

I thought that the New Year's Eve 4 hour TNA Show was fantastic. Yes a lot of TNA Knockout's wrestled. There were no old timers (Nash, Booker T., Popa Pump, Foley, Jerrette). It was the Knockouts and great matches of 2009. I enoyed the show.

Will Hogan make a difference?

I am wondering if Hogan's going to TNA will make TNA more successful.

There are a lot of young wrestlers doing great things. They have not developed a trademark, such as the Million Dollar Man, Machoman, IRS, SGT Slaughter, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Mr. Perfect, The Honky Tonk Man, Bret "The Hitman" Hart, etc. These young wrestlers need to make a name for themselves so that they are individually recognized.

CM Punk's Straight Edge has not caught on, maybe because Straight Edge is too long or doesn't make sense. Randy Orton and John Cena are the future but their name or 'symbol' have not caught on.

The FU or 619, The Animal, are not working like the names of the wrestlers of the 80'snand 90's. Y2J, HHH and HBK did make it and are household words.

What do you all think the young wrestlers need to do to hjighlight their individuality?

RAW on December 21st - Great Comedy

I enjoyed this comedy show from WWE. I especially liked all of the different Santa Claus that included SGT Slaughter, Dusty Rhodes, IRS and others. Santino Morello wrestled as Santino Claus.

My favorite was the two Diva Twins cuddling the Tiger and the Blond Diva came and chased them away with the golf club. Only WWE with those beautiful Diva's could make a live joke out of Tiger Woods.

Hornswoggle held the Little People's Court for DX. HHH and HBK did a great job acting crazy during the court.I guess Hornswoggle is now a member of DX?

Great Comedy, now lets get back to watching the wrestlers do what wrestlers do best.

Mickey James Real Tears

When Farmer Michelle McCool put up those pictures of Mickey James with a pig nose and she called her a pig. Were those real tears from Mickey James. They looked real to me. I really like Mickey James and I think she will be a HOF some day.

WWE Hall of Famer Captain Lou Albano passes away

WWE Hall of Famer Captain Lou Albano passed away earlier today at the age of 76.

Albano made his WWWF debut in the late 60s and went on to manage some of the greatest wrestling Superstars to ever grace the squared circle including Pat Patterson, Don Muraco, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, The British Bulldogs, the Wild Samoans and others.

In the mid 80s, Albano was thrown into the Rock 'N' Wrestling and entered into an angle with Cyndi Lauper after appearing in four of her music videos including the one for the popular "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" song.

In 2005, Albano suffered a massive heart attack and his health continued to deteriorate ever since. He was taken under hospice care and the Wrestlers Rescue organization was collecting funds to cover his medical expenses.

Albano was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996 and last year he released his autobiography titled "Often Imitated, Never Duplicated" with the foreword written by his friend Cy...

He does well where ever he is. He is dedicated and he works hard. He is a good heel and a good face. I would like to see King Booker again. He might have to be introduced by Jerry "The King" Lawler. I think Lawler is going to be the Memphis Mayor, but I am not sure if he got elected.

Smackdown and several TV programs advertise Popeye's fried chicken. The black woman saying that the chicken is Lousiana receipe. All of the Popeye's chicken business that I have been to in Virginia for the past 8 years are all owned by Indians or people from the Middle East. This does not match that woman's receipe.

Smackdown Decade Party Fantastic

Smackdown Decade Party was Fantastic ;with all of the food and drinks. It was typpical people getting others drunk. Teddy Long got drunk. i liked that tray of shots of Irish Whisky for Finley. WOW. The girls looked delicious, each and evrfy one of them.

Vickey Guererro coming back to Smackdown as a Heel. She said that she is going to Manage Drew McIntire the Special person picked by Vince McMahan as a future Champion.

I have missed her and her crying screachy and screaming voice. I think that she puts a lot of color in Smackdown.

Kofi Kingston was announced as being from Uganda, West Africa during the Smackdown Decade Special.

I remember in one of the topics it was discussed if he was Jamacian or Africian. Was this announcement a change in his country of origin or was it a mistakie?

The Hart's (I forgot their name) are going strong. Bret Hart would be partof that group. They still wear the Pink and Black wrestling gear. Wouldn't that be awesome if he could be a manager and bring back the wrestling managers?
